Arbitration

Arbitration is a private form of dispute resolution where an impartial third party (the arbitrator) reviews evidence and makes a final, binding decision outside of court. Another style of arbitration is “final offer arbitration,” where both sides submit a single, proposed amount and the arbitrator selects exactly one of these proposals as the final, binding award without any adjustments
